A gentle mindfulness based approach to practice of physical movement, stretching and toning (Hatha Yoga). Postures selected and adapted for individual ability. We include awareness of breathing, movement and understanding how to work effectively within the individulas limits. You learn how to effectively manage and reduce stress, let – go, cultivate self acceptance, enhance wellbeing, calm and focus the mind.
