Barnabas APCM Drop-in
Barnabas drop-in aims to:
- alleviate isolation
- build confidence
- develop relationships
- enjoy time with friends
Our activities include:
- One-to-one support
- Board games
- Bring and buys sale
- Music/Films
- Exercise crafts
- Excursions to the theatre, parks etc.
Please just drop in any time between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on a Monday or 10:00 and 12:00 on a Wednesday. There will be food available, good company and support.
